Warranty Policy

At OptionWheels, all products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions and must follow the procedures outlined below.

Tires

All tires sold by OptionWheels are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact an authorized dealer of the tire brand. Only authorized dealers are qualified to inspect and determine warranty eligibility. A copy of the original purchase receipt is required.

To locate an authorized dealer, please visit the manufacturer’s website or contact them directly.

If no authorized dealer is available in your area, or assistance is refused, OptionWheels may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternative process. In such cases, the customer may be required to purchase a replacement tire and return the original tire to OptionWheels for inspection.

If the tire is determined to be covered under warranty, reimbursement will be issued based on the manufacturer’s pro-rated warranty guidelines. If the tire is not eligible, it may be returned to the customer upon request.

All shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Important:
Tire warranties are typically pro-rated. Charges may apply based on tread wear, along with any applicable service or labor fees determined by the inspecting dealer.

Wheels (Rims)

All wheels sold by OptionWheels are covered by a:

  • 3-Year Limited Structural Warranty

Structural Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects such as cracks or air leaks under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Road hazards (potholes, debris, etc.)

  • Impact damage or improper use

  • Cosmetic damage (including curb rash)

If a defect is suspected, customers must provide clear photos for evaluation. If approved, the wheel must be returned for inspection. A replacement will be issued only after the manufacturer confirms the defect.

Tire & Wheel Packages

All tire and wheel packages are professionally mounted and balanced prior to delivery.

If any issues arise within 30 days of delivery, customers must contact OptionWheels before any work is performed.

OptionWheels reserves the right to determine:

  • The appropriate course of action

  • Whether service should be completed at our facility or an authorized third-party location

Reimbursement for re-balancing services may be provided up to $15 per wheel, only if prior authorization has been granted.

Unauthorized work will not be eligible for reimbursement.

TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System)

TPMS sensors sold by OptionWheels are aftermarket units designed to function as OEM replacements.

If issues occur, customers must notify us immediately. The first step is to have the system inspected by a certified mechanic or dealership, including completion of the manufacturer’s relearn procedure using proper diagnostic tools.

All labor costs associated with inspection and relearn procedures are the responsibility of the customer.

If the issue persists after proper diagnosis, OptionWheels may request the sensors be returned for evaluation. Refund requests must include proof of professional inspection.

Customers are responsible for any labor required to remove the sensors. If a return is approved, OptionWheels will provide a shipping label.
