Fitment Guarantee

OptionWheels offers a limited Fitment Guarantee strictly under the conditions outlined below. This guarantee applies only to orders that have been explicitly reviewed and approved by OptionWheels prior to shipment.

If a product that has been approved under our Fitment Guarantee is confirmed to be incompatible with the customer’s vehicle, OptionWheels, at its sole discretion, will provide a replacement or issue a refund, including applicable shipping charges.

Scope of Guarantee

Wheels (Rims)
Wheels are guaranteed to bolt onto the vehicle hub and clear OEM brakes, suspension, and body components. The requirement of hub-centric rings, aftermarket lug nuts/bolts, or minor standard fitment accessories does not constitute a fitment issue.

Tires
Tires are selected to meet acceptable parameters for overall diameter, load rating, and speed rating. Winter tires may carry a lower speed rating as per industry standards.

Wheel & Tire Packages
Complete packages are guaranteed to mount and function without interference on OEM vehicle components. Standard installation accessories or adjustments do not invalidate fitment.

Conditions for Eligibility

The Fitment Guarantee is valid only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The customer provides complete, accurate, and truthful vehicle information, including year, make, model, and sub-model

  • All vehicle modifications are fully disclosed at the time of purchase, including but not limited to suspension changes, brake upgrades, body modifications, or aftermarket components

  • The order is explicitly approved by OptionWheels for Fitment Guarantee prior to fulfillment

  • The customer purchases a full set (set of 4) of wheels, tires, or a complete package

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will automatically void the Fitment Guarantee.

Exclusions and Limitations

The Fitment Guarantee shall be deemed null and void under, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

  • The customer provides incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading vehicle information

  • The vehicle has modifications that were not disclosed prior to purchase

  • The product is listed by the manufacturer as compatible, and OptionWheels has relied on such data in good faith

  • The customer declines or bypasses the fitment verification process

  • The order is shipped with a notice indicating that the Fitment Guarantee does not apply

  • The product has been mounted, installed, or used in any way

  • Fitment concerns arising from installer error, improper installation, or third-party workmanship

Limitation of Liability

OptionWheels shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from fitment issues, including but not limited to installation costs, labor charges, vehicle downtime, or damage caused during installation.

All claims under the Fitment Guarantee must be reported prior to installation. Once products have been mounted or used, all sales are final and no claims will be accepted.

Final Determination

All fitment-related determinations are made solely at the discretion of OptionWheels. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Fitment Guarantee.
