Refund policy

Return & Refund Guidelines

At OptionWheels, we know returns can happen, and we’re here to keep the process clear and hassle-free.

If you wish to return your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. Here’s what to do:

  1. Email your return request with your order number and receipt to info@optionwheels.ca.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) form with packaging instructions.

  3. Attach the RA form (and the provided shipping label if applicable) to the outside of your package before sending it back.

  4. After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement if preferred.


Return Requirements

  • Products must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • Tires must not have been driven on.

  • Wheels must not have been mounted on a vehicle or had tires installed unless sold as a pre-mounted wheel & tire package.

  • All returns should be carefully packaged, ideally in the original boxes, to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Mounted wheel & tire packages are not returnable unless covered under our Guaranteed Fitment policy.


Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, OptionWheels will cover the return shipping and handle the refund or replacement at no cost to you.

  • For returns not due to OptionWheels’ error, customers are responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Restocking fees apply as follows:

  • Wheels: 20% fee

  • Tires: 20% fee

  • Wheel & Tire Packages: 20% fee + $80 mount/dismount fee


Deposits Refund

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Once a wheel and tire package has been mounted, balanced, or prepared for installation, the order is considered final and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

By placing a deposit, the customer agrees to proceed with the purchase and acknowledges that the products are being reserved and/or customized specifically for their vehicle.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, OptionWheels will process your refund within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
